We have added a 5 mm custom blade-set option to our TW-1000NS 2D dicing machine, expanding the cutting sizes available for customers who need a finer result. Developed in response to customer requests, this new specification complements our existing blade-set range.
New 5 mm Custom Cutting Option
The updated TW-1000NS blade-set range includes:
- 5 mm โ new custom specification, quoted separately
- 6.35 mm โ our most commonly selected size
- 8 mm
- 10 mm
- 12.7 mm
- 15.7 mm
The 5 mm option is a made-to-order specification, and its price differs from the other sizes. Please specify the required blade size when requesting a quotation so our team can confirm the configuration and pricing for your application.
Dicing and Strip Cutting for Different Ingredients
Manufactured and supplied directly by TEEMYEAH, the TW-1000NS can cut suitable ingredients into dices or strips. Applications include vegetables, shiitake mushroom stems, ham, char siu and jelly-type products. The blade set and feed preparation should be matched to the ingredient and required finished result.
Standard and Inclined Configurations
We offer two configurations to suit different material-handling requirements:
- Standard configuration: for routine ingredient-cutting applications.
- Inclined configuration: developed for vegetable processing, with an angled arrangement designed to help reduce material blockages. Relevant applications include ingredient preparation for vegetable blanching lines and sauce production.

Stainless Steel Construction
The TW-1000NS features 304 stainless steel construction, imported blades and selected imported components, and an IP65 protection rating. Cleaning and maintenance should follow the operating instructions for the supplied machine.
Use the Specified Food-Grade Grease
Correct lubrication is an essential part of TW-1000NS maintenance. Use the dedicated food-grade grease specified by TEEMYEAH, supplied in 420 g cartridges, and follow the machine’s maintenance instructions for lubrication points and intervals.
Do not substitute ordinary general-purpose grease. Inadequate lubrication can accelerate wear on shafts, bushings and cutting components. When ordering equipment or replenishing maintenance supplies, ask our team to confirm the correct grease for your machine.
