We have upgraded the TY-805 medium vegetable cutter with a square blade housing in the leafy-vegetable cutting section, replacing the previous rounded design. The update improves operating stability and ease of use while giving the machine a more distinct appearance.

Flexible Cutting for Produce Preparation
The TY-805 processes leafy and long vegetables into slices, shreds or sections. Applications include celery, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, spinach, scallions, garlic and suitable melon pieces. Interchangeable cutting discs and dual variable-frequency speed control allow the cutting settings to be matched to the ingredient and finished-product requirements.
The machine is suited to supermarket produce preparation, fresh-cut vegetable distribution, agricultural produce businesses and central kitchens.
Touchscreen Control and Digital Connectivity
- Operating visibility: the touchscreen displays machine status and operating data.
- Alarm records: text-based alarm display and recording assist operation, servicing and troubleshooting.
