The TY-805 medium vegetable cutter prepares leafy and long vegetables as slices, shreds or sections. Its upgraded square blade housing improves operating stability and ease of use, while adjustable cutting settings support different preparation requirements.

TY-805 Design and Controls
The TY-805 uses interchangeable cutting discs and dual variable-frequency speed control to produce different sizes of slices, shreds and sections. One set of chopping blades is supplied with the machine; confirm any additional cutting discs needed for your finished product.
Square Blade Housing
The leafy-vegetable cutting section now uses a square housing in place of the previous rounded design. The update improves operating stability and convenience while giving the machine a more distinct appearance.
Touchscreen and Maintenance Access
The touchscreen displays operating status and data, and displays and records alarms as text to assist operation and troubleshooting. The touchscreen is IP65-rated; cleaning of the complete machine should follow its operating instructions.
Our variable-frequency control system includes circuit protection and keyed quick-disconnect wiring to simplify component replacement and servicing. The electrical design addresses water, moisture and insect protection requirements.
