TEEMYEAH TYN-1400 vibratory dewatering conveyor

TYN-1400 Vibratory Dewatering Conveyor

High-capacity linear vibratory draining and transfer for large vegetable processing lines

The TEEMYEAH TYN-1400 is a high-capacity linear vibratory dewatering conveyor for removing surface water from washed vegetables while transferring product through a processing line.

Its distribution design spreads material across the tray. The documented capacity is 800 kg-1.2 t/h for leafy vegetables and 3 t/h for root vegetables.

  • High-capacity continuous draining and transfer for large processing lines
  • Documented capacity: 800 kg-1.2 t/h for leafy vegetables; 3 t/h for root vegetables
  • Distribution design helps spread product across the tray
  • Twin vibration drives for linear conveying
  • Screen-area spray pipe supports loose-debris collection
  • SUS304 stainless-steel construction

Details

The TYN-1400 performs continuous vibratory draining and transfer after vegetable washing. Vibration advances product along the tray while free water drains away, reducing the surface-water load before the next line stage.

Unlike the TYN-1200, the TYN-1400 uses a different open-tray structure and a documented distribution design for spreading product. It is positioned for higher-capacity production, with separate ratings for leafy and root vegetables.

The machine can follow a washer such as the TW-705 and feed inspection, additional dewatering, or another confirmed downstream process. For stronger batch surface-water removal, compare it with the TY-980C centrifugal vegetable spin dryer.

Applications

The TYN-1400 is intended for high-capacity post-wash draining and transfer of leafy and root vegetables in large processing lines. Typical installations include fresh-cut vegetable factories, central kitchens, institutional food-service operations, produce distribution centers, and food-processing plants.

The different capacity ratings reflect product category. Final output still depends on product condition, loading depth, and the surrounding line.

Configure a TYN-1400 Dewatering Conveyor

Share the vegetable type, target throughput, upstream washer, downstream equipment, required working heights, and available footprint. TEEMYEAH will review the TYN-1400 duty and line connection.

High-Capacity Line Integration

The TYN-1400 is documented for 800 kg-1.2 t/h of leafy vegetables and 3 t/h of root vegetables. These product-specific ratings make it suitable for review in larger post-wash lines.

Product Distribution and Transfer

The distribution design spreads material across the tray before vibratory transfer. This differentiates the TYN-1400 from the structurally different TYN-1200 configuration.

Water and Debris Management

The source specification identifies a spray pipe beneath the screen for debris collection and air-pressure water-level control for the submersible pump.

TYN-1400 or TYN-1200?

Choose between the models using the real product, required throughput, surrounding equipment, and available space. TYN-1400 is the higher-capacity distribution-tray configuration; TYN-1200 is the documented 400 kg/h configuration.

Which Dewatering Method Fits Your Process?

Vibratory draining is suited to continuous transfer and preliminary free-water removal. Centrifugal dewatering is suited to stronger batch surface-water removal. A line may use either method or place both in sequence after washing.

FAQ

What is the TYN-1400 vibratory dewatering conveyor?
It is a high-capacity linear vibrating conveyor that drains surface water from washed vegetables while transferring product through a processing line.
How does it remove water?
Vibration moves product along the tray while free water drains through the screen surface before discharge.
What capacity is documented?
The current specification lists 800 kg-1.2 t/h for leafy vegetables and 3 t/h for root vegetables.
How is TYN-1400 different from TYN-1200?
TYN-1400 has a different open-tray structure, a product-distribution design, 0.75 kW power, and higher product-specific capacity ratings. TYN-1200 is rated 400 kg/h and uses a different lower collection-tank arrangement.
Does it also transfer product?
Yes. The documented function is linear vibratory draining and conveying, so draining occurs during transfer.
Can it connect to a vegetable washer?
It is intended for connection after washing in a larger line. Actual infeed height, discharge height, direction, and controls must be confirmed from the project layout and the upstream machine.
Is it the same as a centrifugal spin dryer?
No. TYN-1400 drains free water during continuous vibratory transfer. A centrifugal spin dryer uses a rotating basket for stronger batch surface-water removal.
What information is needed for configuration?
Provide the vegetable type, target throughput, upstream and downstream machines, required working heights, drainage arrangement, power supply, and available footprint.
