TEEMYEAH TYN-1200 vibratory dewatering conveyor

TYN-1200 Vibratory Dewatering Conveyor

Continuous linear vibration for surface-water draining and product transfer after washing, rated 400 kg/h

The TEEMYEAH TYN-1200 is a linear vibratory dewatering conveyor that drains surface water from washed fruits and vegetables while transferring product to the next processing step.

Its current specification lists 400 kg/h capacity. Twin vibration drives move product across the screen, while the lower collection system manages water and loose debris.

  • Continuous vibratory draining and product transfer
  • Documented capacity: 400 kg/h
  • Twin vibration drives for linear conveying
  • Screen-area spray pipe supports loose-debris collection
  • Air-pressure water-level control supports safe submersible-pump operation
  • SUS304 stainless-steel construction

Details

The TYN-1200 combines draining and transfer in one linear vibratory unit. Washed product enters the screen section, and vibration advances it while free water drains away before discharge.

The equipment uses twin vibration drives. The documented lower collection arrangement includes a spray pipe for debris collection and air-pressure water-level control for the submersible pump.

It can be positioned after a washer such as the TW-705 or TW-475, before inspection, further moisture removal, or another confirmed downstream step. If batch centrifugal removal is required, compare it with the TY-980C vegetable spin dryer.

Applications

The TYN-1200 is intended for post-wash draining and transfer of fruits and vegetables that suit the vibratory screen and documented capacity. Typical installations include produce distribution operations, central kitchens, institutional kitchens, restaurant groups, and food-processing plants.

Product condition, cut size, loading depth, and the required downstream result should be confirmed before final line selection.

Configure a TYN-1200 Dewatering Conveyor

Share the product, target throughput, upstream washer, downstream equipment, required working height, and available footprint. TEEMYEAH will review the TYN-1200 connection and process role.

Continuous Draining and Transfer

Linear vibration advances washed product while free water drains through the screen. This combines preliminary draining with transfer to the next step.

Twin Vibration Drives

The TYN-1200 uses two vibration drives to support the documented 400 kg/h operating requirement. No unverified adjustment range is stated.

Water and Debris Management

The source specification identifies a spray pipe beneath the screen for debris collection and air-pressure water-level control for safe submersible-pump operation.

TYN-1200 or TYN-1400?

Select TYN-1200 around its documented 400 kg/h duty and physical layout. TYN-1400 is a different high-capacity configuration with product distribution and separate leafy/root ratings. Final choice should be based on the real product and line interface.

Which Dewatering Method Fits Your Process?

Use vibratory draining when continuous transfer and preliminary free-water removal are the main duties. Use centrifugal dewatering when a batch basket and stronger surface-water removal are required. Some lines use both in sequence.

FAQ

What is the TYN-1200 vibratory dewatering conveyor?
It is a linear vibrating conveyor that drains surface water from washed fruits and vegetables while transferring product toward the next processing step.
How does it remove water?
Product moves across the vibrating screen section, allowing free water to drain while vibration advances the material.
Does the conveyor also transfer product?
Yes. The documented function combines vibratory draining with linear conveying.
What is the rated capacity?
The current TYN-1200 specification lists 400 kg/h. Actual output depends on product condition and line loading.
What is the difference between TYN-1200 and TYN-1400?
TYN-1200 is the documented 400 kg/h configuration with a lower collection tank. TYN-1400 is a structurally different high-capacity configuration with a distribution design and separate leafy/root capacity ratings.
Can it connect directly to a vegetable washer?
It is intended for post-wash use and can be reviewed for connection to a washer such as the TW-705. Final heights and transfer points must be confirmed from the actual line layout.
Is it the same as a centrifugal spin dryer?
No. A vibratory conveyor drains free water during continuous transfer. A centrifugal spin dryer uses a rotating basket for stronger batch surface-water removal.
What information is needed for configuration?
Provide the product, target throughput, upstream washer, downstream equipment, working heights, drainage arrangement, power supply, and available footprint.
