TEEMYEAH TW-902P quick-release vegetable cutter

TEEMYEAH TW-902P Industrial Quick-Release Vegetable Cutter

Dual-feed vegetable cutter for slicing, julienne cutting and dicing root and leafy vegetables in central kitchens and food-processing lines

The TW-902P is an industrial multifunctional vegetable cutter with separate feed sections for leafy and root vegetables. Leafy vegetables enter through the 140 mm conveyor and chopping section, while firm root vegetables use the hopper and the selected cutting disc or dicing set.

It produces slices, julienne strips and dices for central kitchens, institutional foodservice and vegetable-preparation lines. The documented capacity is 500–1000 kg/h; actual throughput depends on product type, product condition, feeding method and operating settings.

  • Separate feed paths for leafy vegetables and firm root vegetables
  • Quick-release conveyor design for cleaning access and production changeover
  • Adjustable conveyor and chopping-blade speed for 1–60 mm leafy-vegetable cut lengths
  • Slicing, julienne and dicing tools documented for the TW-902P
  • 140 mm conveyor width with a documented capacity of 500–1000 kg/h
  • 220 V single-phase power supply in the current technical record

Details

The TW-902P combines two cutting sections in one machine. Leafy vegetables such as celery, Chinese cabbage, cabbage and spinach are presented on the widened conveyor, where conveyor speed and chopping-blade speed are adjusted for the required cut length. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoots and other suitable firm vegetables are fed through the root-vegetable hopper and processed with the selected slicing, julienne or dicing tool.

Processing Sequence

  1. Confirm the raw material, feed condition and required finished cut.
  2. Use the conveyor section for leafy vegetables or the hopper section for suitable root vegetables.
  3. Install the documented cutting tool and set conveyor and chopping speed where applicable.
  4. Collect the sliced, julienne-cut or diced product at discharge and check the result against the approved sample.
  5. At changeover, isolate the machine and release the conveyor for cleaning according to the operating procedure.

The source record lists a chopping-blade set, dicing set, slicing disc and julienne disc. Final included-tool scope should be confirmed in the quotation and technical agreement rather than assumed from a family configuration.

Separate Feed Paths for Leafy and Root Vegetables

Leafy-Vegetable Conveyor

The 140 mm conveyor presents celery, cabbage, spinach and similar products to the chopping section.

Root-Vegetable Hopper

Suitable firm vegetables enter through the separate hopper for processing with the selected disc or dicing set.

One Machine, Defined Changeovers

Use the correct feed section and cutting tool for each product, then isolate and clean the relevant food-contact areas between runs.

Cut Format and Size Selection

Adjustable Leafy Cut Length

Conveyor and chopping-blade speeds support a documented 1–60 mm leafy-vegetable cut-length range.

Multiple Root-Vegetable Cut Styles

Slicing, julienne and dicing tools are documented for the TW-902P; the required tool must match the raw material and finished size.

Confirm with the Real Product

Product firmness, shape, temperature, moisture and feed orientation can change the result, so sample testing is recommended for critical cuts.

Quick-Release Conveyor for Cleaning Access

Conveyor Release

The documented quick-release conveyor design provides access for cleaning after production and during product changeover.

Accessible Inspection Points

Inspect the conveyor, cutting section and visible food-contact areas for retained product and wear before restart.

Project Confirmation

Cleaning access beyond the documented conveyor release, washdown limits and the complete sanitation procedure should be confirmed for the project.

Planning the TW-902P in a Processing Line

Use the TW-902P as a defined cutting step and match its real sustainable output to the next operation. Review the vegetable and fruit cutting equipment category, the leafy vegetable processing line and the root vegetable processing line when planning a wider workflow.

For capacity planning, see rated capacity versus sustainable output. Confirm feed height, discharge collection, operator access, utilities and downstream transfer before the final layout is approved.

TW-902P Frequently Asked Questions

What products can the TW-902P process?
The current TW-902P documents support potatoes, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoots, celery, Chinese cabbage, cabbage and spinach. Leafy vegetables use the conveyor and chopping section, while suitable firm root vegetables use the hopper and the selected disc or dicing set. If your product differs in size, firmness, temperature or moisture, provide a representative sample before the machine configuration is confirmed.
What finished cuts can the TW-902P produce?
The machine is documented for slices, julienne strips and dices. The source record lists a chopping-blade set, dicing set, slicing disc and julienne disc, but the final tool package should be stated in the quotation and technical agreement. Share the raw material, finished dimensions and acceptable cut variation so the correct tool can be reviewed for your product.
What is the capacity of the TW-902P?
The documented capacity is 500–1000 kg/h. This is a selection reference, not a guaranteed output for every ingredient. Actual throughput depends on product type, product condition, feeding method, required cut, operator loading and operating settings. For production planning, provide the required saleable output per hour and the upstream and downstream cycle times.
How is the leafy-vegetable cut length adjusted?
The current source states an adjustable leafy-vegetable cut length of 1–60 mm. The conveyor and chopping-blade speeds are adjusted for the required length. The exact result should still be checked with the real vegetable because compressibility, bunching, feed orientation and product condition can affect cut consistency. Root-vegetable slice, julienne and dice sizes depend on the selected cutting tool.
Can the TW-902P cut leafy and root vegetables in the same facility?
Yes. The TW-902P has separate feed sections for leafy and root vegetables, allowing one machine to support multiple vegetable-preparation tasks. A changeover plan is still required: confirm the installed tool, isolate the machine, remove retained product and clean the relevant food-contact areas before the next product. Simultaneous-output claims should not be assumed unless they are confirmed for the project.
How is the TW-902P cleaned?
The documented quick-release conveyor design provides cleaning access after production. Before cleaning, follow the plant’s isolation procedure, remove product residue, release the conveyor as instructed and inspect the cutting section and accessible food-contact areas. The source does not establish removal steps for every component, a washdown rating or a complete sanitation method, so those points should be confirmed in the operating manual and project review.
Can the TW-902P connect to an existing processing line?
It can be planned as the cutting step before washing, mixing, cooking or packing, but the interface must be reviewed for the actual factory. Confirm working height, feed method, discharge collection, product transfer, operator access, electrical supply and the capacity of adjacent equipment. The current record does not by itself confirm shared controls or automatic synchronization with another machine.
What information is required before a TW-902P quotation?
Provide the raw material, incoming size and condition, required cut style and dimensions, target output, daily operating hours, available floor space, upstream preparation, downstream process and destination power supply. Photos or product samples are recommended when cut quality is critical. Also state which cutting tools you expect so the final included-tool scope can be written into the quotation.
