The TW-308-1S washes food ingredients through the combined action of strong water flow and aeration, then conveys the cleaned product to the next stage. External water circulation helps separate sand, insects and product fragments from the main product flow.

Details
Material moves continuously through the washing tank while water flow and bubbles loosen surface contamination. The external circulation loop removes sand, small insects and fragments before the cleaned product exits to a downstream washer or process stage.
