Raw IP addresses are not displayed publicly; the feedback system stores a keyed security hash rather than the raw IP in ordinary feedback records.

Feedback is not published automatically. If you give publication permission, an authorized administrator may publish an anonymized version showing only the approved country, business or application type, related equipment or project, feedback type and feedback text. Your name, company name, email address and IP address are not displayed publicly. If you do not give publication permission, the feedback remains private.

We retain submission information only as reasonably necessary for verification, moderation, security, customer support and legal obligations. Security rate-limit records expire automatically, and any exceptional server security logs containing raw network data are handled under the applicable hosting or security retention settings.
